If there is an error in your order by Natures All, Inc. we will pay the return shipping charges for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
For Refund: Once we receive the return, we will credit the appropriate account immediately for the full amount. Natures All, Inc. will also email you a confirmation to notify you when your refund is complete.
For Exchange:Once we receive the return, we will re-send your item/s to you free of charge.

Our Shipping Policy
Natures All, Inc. will ship out your order within 1 to 3 business days from the day we receive your order. Your order will be shipped standard FedEx Ground for commercial delivery or FedEx Home for residential delivery. Failure to select the proper shipping method may delay your order. Your order is shipped from northern Wisconsin and transit times vary.
